About BEARvillities™

 

BEARvillities™ is a community based theatrical event that is solely produced by volunteers and the in-kind contributions of local business establishments. The event has been established as an annual fundraiser for Camp Sunrise – an Ohio based charity benefiting children impacted with HIV and AIDS.

 

The event has evolved and grown in the past years and has raised over $27,000 in donations for charity. Average attendance per show is 300+ people made up of a very diverse market. The event has taken place at Wall Street Nightclub for the past six years.

 

The BEARvillities™ team has been asked to reach out to community businesses, patrons and vendors of the establishment to increase all the donation and in-kind contribution levels to Camp Sunrise.

 

Here is where we need your help the most!

 

• Financial contributions directly to the charity
• Donations of goods and services
• Donation of food and beverage for VIP receptions
• Donation of beverages for Specialty “promo” drinks to benefit the charity
• Co-Op advertising in local newspapers and event magazines
• In-Kind printing of posters, flyers, programs and tickets
• Other miscellaneous In-Kind needs

 

Camp Sunrise needs your financial support and BEARvillities™ needs your INKIND support through product and advertising assistance. Our goal is to raise money for the charity and off-set all expenses with donations of goods and services. If you would like to make a financial contribution we ask that you make the donation to CAMP SUNRISE directly and additionally support our event through donations of goods and services.
